Passbook savings accounts require an opening balance of $100 minimum, no minimum for minors. Interest is paid on this type of account, with a balance at $100 or greater.
Funds can be accessed by ATM withdrawal or in-person withdrawals at bank. Two in-person withdrawals per month are included at no charge. Should the balance on this account fall below $100, a $2.00 per month service charge is assessed. This monthly charge is waived on minor accounts.
This account can be opened with a balance of $1,000. Interest is paid on tiered amounts. Rate of interest paid increases as balance in account increases.

The minimum balance to open this account is $10,000. With a Rate Watchers Index Account, you can earn a special annual percentage yield (APY) on balances of $25,000 or more based the 3 month treasury bill minus 35 basis points updated weekly.. Interest rates are not determined quarterly.
